Fees
NBV members get a discount. Are you not yet a member of NBV? Become a member and profit from all member benefits. NBV membership fees are between €16 (students) and €59 (30 and older) per year. If you have any questions, send an e-mail to nbv@kncv.nl.

The fee includes access to the full conference, the exhibition area and the poster area and includes lunch, drinks and dinner.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations prior to 1 September 2025 can be fully reimbursed, with exception of 30 euros administrative costs. Cancellations from 1 September 2025 cannot be reimbursed. Tickets can be transferred to other persons if the organization is informed about this. Please e-mail info@kncv.nl for change requests and cancellations.
